Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

That Doc Generator connects to your Smartsheet workspace, lets you upload Word templates, and generates documents from row data — optionally enriched by AI. You are responsible for the content of your templates, the data in your sheets, and the documents produced by the Service.

You must provide accurate sign-up information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.

New accounts include a 5-day free trial (10 PDF conversions and 50 AI calls). After the trial, continued use of metered features requires an active Pro subscription. Pricing is shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro subscriptions include unlimited Word, Google Doc, and fillable PDF generation and unlimited AI token-mapping calls.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, usage limits, or subscription plans upon reasonable notice. Changes will not affect the remainder of any prepaid subscription term.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once charged. Annual subscriptions canceled within 14 days of initial purchase are refundable on request. Contact Support@thatcco.com for refund requests.

You may not use the Service to generate documents that are unlawful, infringing, harmful, fraudulent, or that violate the rights of third parties. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

The Service integrates with Smartsheet, Google, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. PDF conversion is performed by ConvertAPI; AI calls are routed through Lovable AI Gateway. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, internet disruptions, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect access to the Service.

You retain all rights to your templates, your sheet data, and the documents you generate. We retain all rights to the Service itself.

By using the Service, you grant That Consulting Company a limited, non-exclusive right to process your templates, data, and generated documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your templates, generated documents, and source data. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated documents before distribution, submission, or reliance in business, legal, financial, or regulatory matters.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that generated documents will be free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing every generated document before relying on it.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular use case. Any AI-assisted output should be independently reviewed and validated before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless That Consulting Company, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice when practical.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Certain provisions of these Terms, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and That Consulting Company regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the Service.
